Creative Writing
Thursday mornings (fortnightly) 10:00 - 12:00 noon
SIX CREATIVE WRITING WORKSHOPS

Be inspired, guided and encouraged to write.

All abilities welcome:
  • complete beginners, who want to see what Creative Writing is all about;
  • people who don’t feel very confident about their writing and would like to see how others do it and get some feedback;
  • experienced writers who’d like fresh ideas and the benefits of working with a group or who want to try writing something completely different.
You’ll have the opportunity to explore new ideas and practise writing techniques.  You’ll also be able to read your work aloud and get feedback but there will be no pressure to do this.  The main aim of the workshops is to enjoy the process of writing and the opportunity to be creative.

Day:  Thursdays (Fortnightly)
Time:  10am to 12 noon.

Dates:  15 & 29 January, 12 & 26 February and 12 & 26 March 2009

Place:  The Garden Room at The Spike, Warren Road, Guildford GU1 3JH

Price:  £60
