Pilates offers a unique method of body control and conditioning – stretching and strengthening muscles, whilst improving flexibility and balance, it works in conjunction with other exercise programs strengthening, realigning and rebalancing the body, improving body awareness and reducing the risk of injury.

Body Control Pilates with Sue Buckland

Pilates is a great way of exercising, it  strengthens the core postural muscles and develops body alignment, without putting your body through the excesses that other fitness classes make you do.

Body Control Pilates is very effective and medically approved. Central to the Method is ‘awareness of your own body’ and each and every exercise is built around its eight basic principles:
